Our practice focuses on brain health, highlighting the importance of correcting subluxations to support your family's well-being. A subluxation is when a vertebra in the spine is out of alignment, which can affect the nervous system and overall health.

We use the Torque Release Technique, a gentle and precise method that involves light touches to the spine. This technique helps realign the spine without twisting or cracking. It is highly effective and preferred by many of our practice members.

How Much Will Each Adjustment Cost?

Every person and every case is different. We will not know how much it will cost until Dr. Erik has a chance to evaluate your findings, history and determine what care you will need. It is important for us to keep care affordable.

Do You Accept Insurance?

Yes, we accept all types of insurance plans. At your initial visit, bring your picture ID and insurance card so we may complete a complimentary benefits check to let you know exactly what to expect. You will not incur any charges prior to us discussing them with you.

When Will I Get My First Adjustment?

Every person and case is different. The first step is to identify the cause of your health concern by looking at your history and completing thorough health assessments in our office. We typically do not start care on your first visit so that we can spend quality time looking over your findings. After gathering this information about your case, we can determine what care is required.

I'm Nervous, What Should I Expect?

We understand this may be new to you or you may have had bad experiences in the past, but don't be nervous! We take our time to get to know what your body needs and Dr. Erik uses a very specific, gentle adjustment. We will make sure you are comfortable throughout the process. Is Chiropractic Safe For My Kids?

Dr. Erik, a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), uses extremely gentle techniques tailored to each child's age and needs:

For infants: Light touch and sustained contacts
For toddlers: Instrument adjusting and gentle manual techniques
For older children: A combination of methods, including drop table adjustments
